Meet Kyndle

For over 16 years, I’ve helped people move better, feel stronger, and trust their bodies again.

My background combines long term coaching with hands on clinical experience. While earning my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, I spent over five years working in rehab settings as a Student Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapy Aide, supporting clients through injury recovery, post surgery care, and safe return to everyday movement.

 

That foundation shapes how I coach today. I’m certified in Cancer Exercise Specialization and Pain Free Performance, and I believe training should support your body, not fight against it.

 

My coaching is science backed, empathetic, and designed for sustainable progress that fits real life.
